Services

Shirley Creek Controls provides oilfield monitoring, operational data, alarms, reporting, and related software services. Features and availability may depend on the customer’s equipment, connectivity, service plan, and configuration.

Operational Information

Monitoring data, alarms, estimates, recommendations, and notifications support field operations but do not replace qualified personnel, required inspections, safety systems, regulatory obligations, or the customer’s independent judgment. Customers remain responsible for operating decisions and field safety.

Accounts and Authorized Users

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and promptly notifying Shirley Creek Controls of suspected unauthorized access.

SMS Operational Alerts

Customers and authorized users may optionally enroll a mobile number to receive automated informational and operational SMS messages from Shirley Creek Controls. Messages may include well status, pressure, tank level, equipment status, alarm, and system notifications.

Message frequency varies based on equipment conditions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported. Users may also disable SMS notifications through the Shirley Creek Controls SMS preference form.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless, cellular, internet, and equipment conditions may delay or prevent delivery. Do not rely on SMS as the sole means of responding to emergencies or protecting personnel, property, or production.

SMS Consent

By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting a mobile number, the user confirms that they control or are authorized to enroll that number and agrees to receive the operational messages described at the point of consent. Shirley Creek Controls records the consent status, date, time, source, and applicable disclosure version. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the services, interfere with system operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the services in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

Shirley Creek Controls may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the services. No electronic, wireless, cellular, LoRaWAN, or internet-connected system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.

Privacy

Information is handled according to the Privacy Policy, including the restrictions applicable to mobile numbers and SMS consent information.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shirley Creek Controls is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from interrupted communications, delayed notifications, inaccurate customer inputs, third-party services, or failure to independently verify field conditions.

Changes to These Terms

Shirley Creek Controls may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
