Messages may include equipment alarms, well status alerts, tank level alerts, pressure alerts, system notifications, and other operational information. Message frequency varies based on equipment conditions.

Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is used only for providing communications requested or authorized by the customer.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s wireless carrier and service plan.

Users may reply STOP to applicable automated SMS messages to opt out and HELP for assistance where supported.

Customer Responsibilities
